Hi! Does it happen every time? It can happen if you overload it. I tried washing a fibre duvet and water started coming out from underneath. It must go over the tub and come out the bottom. Just a thought!
your filter might be plugged. it happens to mine all the time....baby socks, legos, pennies. when it gets full it starts leaking water. clean it out and you should be good to go. good luck!
