Whirlpool Cabrio Washing Machine defect?

First of all I am only 14 yrs old and am asking this question for my mom so dont give me any bull ****.

DETAILS:

We payed $900.00 to get a new washing machine and we are begining to think it isnt worth it.

on our old washing machine we were able to choose the water level, but on this one we cant. It is supposed to set it its-self, but when it fills it dosent cover the clothes with water, so we think it isnt exactly cleaning the clothes. Then in the begining it soaks the clothes, but once again instead of it filling up with water and letting it sit. it sprays it with water.

QUESTION: do we have a defected washing machine?

OR

Is this normal? Can you tell me why it does this?

I checked out the info site and it seems like your machine is working perfectly normal. In the instructions it states that ';the wash load may not be completely submerged in water. This is normal for your washer';.

I also read that it has Direct Inject Wash System... which states ';Prior to the start of Duet庐 and Cabrio鈩?wash cycles, a highly concentrated dose of detergent is injected into fabrics, working to penetrate stains and pre-treat soil. Only when the entire load has been treated with the concentrated cleaning lather does the wash cycle begin.';

So in short there seems to be nothing wrong with your machine, and it does this because it is meant too.Whirlpool Cabrio Washing Machine defect?
Call the manufacture,and ask them your question. I do believe you have the kind of machine that my daughter bought, and they are water conservative, so they spray the clothing and sense when they are saturated.My daughter loves hers, she has 2 toddlers that can get dirty and thay always have clean clothes to put on.You can also call the retailer that you bought it from......Good luck.
WISH I COULD HELP
